"This review comes very late, as our wedding was back in August 2022, but we had to think a very long time about how to distill down how amazing Kate is as a person, and wedding coordinator, before we could write a decent review. From the very start, she was there, helping us to liaise with a difficult venue coordinator, organize the day, and get everything in line ahead of time. Her professionalism, skill and communication were so appreciated. On the day of the wedding, Kate was so wonderful. Neither of us had any worries because she was busy decorating, arranging, ushering and coordinating to keep things moving. Our cocktail hour was complicated by a medical emergency with a guest, and this is really where her compassion, flexibility, and commitment helped to salvage the rest of the day, and keep things moving in a positive way. We were so lucky to find Kate, and couldn't imagine our wedding without her and all of her personal touches. If you need a wedding planner and coordinator, Kate should absolutely be your person :)."

"RUN, don’t walk, to book Kate as your wedding planner - Kate was our very first vendor and hands down our best wedding investment. Our wedding planning went from one year to 2.5 because of COVID - Kate guided us through the constant changes, she was always on top of all restrictions and rules, and made sure we had an incredible small ceremony in 2021 and a full reception and vow renewal in 2022, both of which were absolute magic. Kate has incredible energy and was so much fun to work with. She always made us feel like we were her top priority and understood exactly what kinds of ideas and choices we wanted for our wedding. Incredible attention to detail ensuring every moment has been considered. We had a lot of unique ideas and requests and Kate worked to make sure we had everything we wanted - including ensuring our vision came together in a cohesive way, finding vendors for us that we would have never been able to on our own (like a sushi cake and custom painted running shoes), and creating a beautiful decor package that was better than we ever imagined! She knew what we wanted before we did. Kate also worked with all our vendors and saved us so much time and stress, ensuring that all of our details were perfect and providing us with lots of great advice and information, so we were always comfortable with the decisions we were making. Anyone would be lucky to have Kate be a part of their day (or days!) - and we’ve never been anything short of thrilled to have had her be part of ours. "

"Every bride needs a Kate! I wholeheartedly believe this, Kate was not only organized, detailed, efficient, and thought of every little thing, she was the kindest, genuine, calm, cool and collected person you could ask to help make your wedding day go smoothly. We hired Kate before the pandemic for month of coordination in August 2021 (though in hindsight, she is so amazing I wish I hired her to plan the whole wedding!), and even during the pandemic she was always reaching out to see if there was anything she could help with. We went from a wedding of 140+ people, to 16 people, and even with 16 people, you need all the help you can get! We were constantly told that the weeks leading up to the wedding would be most stressful, but we never experienced that because we had Kate, she always made sure she removed any and every stress that would come our way, she handled our wedding with such care, attention and detail, but above all, she felt like she was just one of the family. Even our guests keep raving about her! We can't thank Kate enough. If you are lucky enough to be able to have Kate work with you, I would highly highly recommend it!!"

"Kate was such a vital part of our wedding going smoothly and giving myself the gift of enjoying this special day! I’m a planner at heart and during the pandemic had to plan for 3 different guest list sizes. Kate supported me during this uncertainty. When we shifted from a venue to an acreage wedding she became even more vital with all her knowledge and talent. The day of she was amazing. We very quickly realized that planning our dream wedding within our budget would be more than a full time job and so we met with Kate. From day one she was amazing in making everything come together. As the pandemic came into full effect, Kate was already navigating all the possibilities and alternatives and we never really had to stress about anything. We also did a private elopement ceremony a few months before our actual public ceremony and she coordinated and planned a beautiful and intimate ceremony that we were so thrilled with.
