The Checklist is designed to break all the tasks and to-do's of wedding planning into easy to accomplish lists, organized by date. Update the top section of the sheet with your wedding date and the dates within the task sections will update to when you need to do them! You can add, edit or delete tasks, as we know every wedding is unique!  

We built the budget sheet to help you first create a budget that is realistic and also help keep you on track! We've included a percentage breakdown of suggested allocations, but you can edit these to suit your day. The actual spend dashboard gives you an at a glance snapshot of where you are at with your budget!  

Fill in your Master Schedule tab with all the details for your day! Add in the information of the task or action (ie. pick up florals) the more detail the better!

We've included a few to get you started, including getting ready checklists, emergency kit checklists, etc. Tip: once you have finished filling in your detailed timeline, review all the items and add anything that needs to be packed into the packing checklist!  

 Create an easy to follow schedule for the week before your big day with the Wedding Week Tab! Add appointments, tasks and reminders to have a stress-free week. Tip: move the tasks for the week/day before from the Checklist Tab into the Wedding Week tab so you don't have to switch back and forth 

 One of our most popular tools! A seating plan that manages itself! Skip the extra effort and stress by keeping your guest list up-to-date with an automatically updating seating plan! We know how challenging the last minute changes and moving guests and tables around can be - so we are trying to eliminate it! The best part about these sheets is that your confirmed guests will populate in the Seating Plan Tab and automatically update as you change their table assignments in the Guest List Tab. Use this template to manage everything from save the dates to invites and RSVPs, meal selections, even gifts and thank you notes. If you're using a wedding website you can still use these sheets to manage your table assignments and seating plan. Simply export your confirmed guests from your wedding website and paste them into the guest name columns to start assigning tables!
